• Deposit completed. Start of the public exhibition period for doctoral theses.The thesis goes on to this phase once the request for its deposit has been accepted by the supervisor and by the Doctoral School. The thesis will be publicly available for ten days on the Official Noticeboard of the Universitat Jaume I (TAO-UJI).

• Appointment of the members of the thesis examination committee.When the doctoral thesis is in the public exhibition period, at the same time it can go on to this phase. The names of the members of the examination committee (chair, secretary and ordinary member) who will be present on the day of the defence are published.

• Validation of the date of the defence.The chair of the committee establishes the date of the thesis defence and the secretary makes it known to the other members and the Doctoral School. The thesis supervisors will receive this notification by email. Likewise, the corresponding management unit will also be informed.

• Thesis examination committee records. The final date of the defence, whether it is face-to-face, synchronous online or blended, and the final examination committee have been determined.

• Thesis completed. The thesis has been defended and evaluated.
